Re-open Driving Tests.

What the petition asks
Be fair to everyone that had tests booked in November, push back all tests by 4 weeks so the system is fair. Do not make those people taking tests in November wait 4 or 5 months. Some have already had tests cancelled due to the first lockdown.
All driving instructors and learners are already taking recommended precautions.
Schools & Universities are still open, taxis and public transport able to continue but 1-2-1 driving lessons can’t, where is the logic?
No extensions to Theory test certificates, many will expire with long delays.
People need to get on the road to access jobs and education. Those with Tests booked for November should be allowed to continue lessons for those not taking a test could be paused.
