Resume Elections during COVID-19

What the petition asks
Following the coronavirus pandemic, the UK population should be given a choice to decide how their local and national government should be run. During a time of mass panic and fearmongering, democracy should be able to continue.
The United States have held their election with a global pandemic with many people still voting for their next president, senator, and representative.
Burundi, South Korea, Mali, Mongolia, Suriname, St. Kitts, and Serbia are some of the few countries that are less democratic and more authoritarian than the UK.
They got the opportunity to vote and held elections; whereas we cancelled them entirely, not delay but cancel.
We want to exercise our right to vote and prevent corruption.
