Allow grassroots football to continue within local communities.

Rejected 13 signatures

What the petition asks

Grassroots football has been paused due to the impending national lockdown. This is detrimental to children’s physical and mental health.
Whilst schools remain open grassroots football should be allowed to continue with the strict measures already put in place.
Restart grassroots football.

It is well known that outdoor transmission of the Covid 19 is minimal. All grassroots football clubs have strict guidelines & processes in place to keep football safe.

Physical health will be maintained or increased during tighter restrictions

Mental health maintained or increased due to the social aspect of their loved sport.
