Health workers to stop wearing clinical clothing outside the healthcare setting.
Rejected
21 signatures
What the petition asks
Enforce health workers to get changed into their clinical clothes at work and change again before leaving.
This is a vital precaution to prevent germs from being carried into a clinical environment on clothing and lessen the risk of transferring pathogens to the outside world especially during this Covid 19 pandemic.
Why it was rejected
It asked for something that is not the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament.
The NHS are responsible for uniforms including providing guidance for washing and wearing uniforms outside of work, not the UK Government or Parliament.
