Backdate self-employed SEISS support for September and October

The recent announcement of increased support for self employed is welcome. However, the existing SEISS ended at the end of August, with no help through September and October. During this period, majority of self employed were unable to work with local lockdowns and tier system hindering and stopping trading of any sort there is a massive hole for 2 months in the finances of 15 million self employed across the UK who will be playing catchup over what is going to be a very long restricted winter.
