What the petition asks
I would like the Government to make it illegal for the general public to be able to purchase fireworks
Each year many animals are abused by people strapping fireworks to them and either suffer injury or death. Furthermore many animals suffer heart attacks due to the sheer fright from the sounds. My own pets have been shaking with fear and even urinated with fear and I have seen that someone has lost a pet through fitting brought on by fear.
Why it was rejected
There was already a petition about this issue. Duplicates are rejected so signatures collect in one place.
