What the petition asks
As a nation that advocates integrity in the democratic system, which fights alongside allies to secure such government in foreign territories, this petition demands that the UK government does not recognise those that show disrespect, obstruction, and / or opposition to the processes of democracy.
This non recognition stands at any time, inclusive of elections by which the antagonist may stand to obtain and exercise political power. This act thereby presents a moral challenge to the antagonist’s conduct for the sole purpose of establishing sound results and decent practice to the benefit of the people subject to such a political system.
Why it was rejected
It was not clear what the petition asked the UK Government or Parliament to do.
Petitions need to call on the Government or Parliament to take a specific action.
We're not sure exactly what you'd like the Government or Parliament to do to 'not recognise' individuals or states.
You could start a new petition explaining clearly what you would like the Government or Parliament to do, such as imposing sanctions in specific circumstances.
