Set a legal minimum temperature to be maintained in school classrooms

What the petition asks
I would like the government to set a minimum temperature students have to endure in a classroom. Guidance for full opening of schools specifies keeping windows open to allow air to flow naturally because of COVID-19. This has meant classrooms have been getting very cold.
The guidance states all windows in classrooms should be left open to help the natural flow of air and prevent the spread of the virus. The classrooms get far too cold and this means students can't focus and could result in illness from sustained periods of sitting in a cold room for over an hour. Students are currently wearing multiple jumpers and coats in lessons because of the conditions enforced by COVID-19.
