What the petition asks
Ban the use of firework ,unless registered display with local council
It’s at a point where people have no consideration for others ,or animals .Some under age youths are getting hold of them . It’s use to be fireworks on the 5th November .In some communities fireworks are going off weeks before and continue to new year .
Why it was rejected
It asked for something that is not the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament.
