What the petition asks

I'm a self employed hairdresser and this time a year is my busiest time of year, just like it is for all of us in this profession. I want to make it a definite date that we re-open on the 2nd December. We can't afford any more time off. Otherwise our families won't have a Christmas

We want this because we enjoy our jobs, we all have reasons for wanting to be back at work. Mine is a want my 3 year old to have an amazing Christmas since the year hasn't been great. This lockdown is meant to be saving Christmas, but keeping us out of work is going to put added stress and strains on us. Having to work more when we do re-open to cover the people who missed there appointments due to lockdown. We go above and beyond with being covid safe. WE ARE ESSENTIAL
