I want the Government to make a specific offence of vandalising War Memorials

I want the law to change to make a specific offence to vandalise a War Memorial with a minimum prison sentence of 10 years
Criminal damage just doesn't cut it with regards the vandalism of War Memorials. Being charged with Criminal damage is a badge of honour for some people.
