Ensure bowel cancer screening is offered to all adults

What the petition asks
I want the Government to work with the NHS and Public Health England to ensure that bowel cancer screening tests are offered to all adults, not just people over the age of 55.
My brother-in-law was diagnosed in January 2020 with stage 4 bowel cancer and sadly lost his battle in October 2020 at the young age of 30 and if tests had been done sooner, we believe he may have had a fighting chance. Due to his age, his symptoms were not recognised as being bowel cancer and nothing was done about this until it was sadly too late.
