Insist the Scottish Government abide by our basic human rights such as family life, freedom of assembly and the right to earn a living.
The Scottish Government are currently applying Covid-19 restrictions that are disproportionate and not grounded in science or law.

We have heard the Scottish Government continually apply restrictions based on their judgement and not scientific facts. As the Human Rights Chief Executive said back in September, “If we want to protect public health and save lives, then changes need to complement or enhance our human rights, not treat them as optional.”
