Help those who can't wear face coverings by raising awareness.

For people who can wear face coverings, they can't understand how difficult it is for those who can't wear one. Simple changes to the message would go a long, long way. This could be as simple as requiring signs asking people to wear face coverings to say "unless exempt" underneath the instruction.

Petitions need to call on the Government or Parliament to take a specific action.
