Driving Lessons & Driver Training falls under education. The government has promoted education & training should continue.
Driving lessons needs to continue for the future of economy & reduce the long term spread of the virus. The waiting time for a driving test is approaching 1 year in most areas.

The waiting time for a driving test in a major city is going to be approx 1 year after lockdown 2.
Learners will reluctantly book tests in areas they don't live near - increasing their costs.
10k instructors (Out of 40k) have left the industry because of Covid-19 causing lesson prices sour by £3-5 for 1hr making it less affordable because supply & demand has changed.
Over 1 million driving tests have been cancelled this year.
A driving licence increases job opportunity for peoples future.
