What the petition asks

The government are closing salons which are provably the most safe clean covid safe environments when other not so hygienic businesses are able to open

As an industry we have spent time doing risk assessments planned ways of making sure staff and clients are safe, spent money investing and implementing safe procedures, clean and sanitise constantly and maintain safe work practices and ways of working. Let hair salons, barbers and beauty salons that meet these safe work processes open

Why it was rejected

There was already a petition about this issue. Duplicates are rejected so signatures collect in one place.
