Firework Usage

To change the usage of fireworks. I'm a pet person but it doesn't just affect them there's children, OAP's, Veterans and alot of others who just dislike them.
Its not a joke anymore and something needs doing.
If you want evidence then make sure you have plenty of time to watch it.
