Rights to see their children over false allegations that bodies seem to ignore
Rejected

What the petition asks
I would like fair rights for fathers who seemed to be overlooked for mothers paternal love. Fathers also do have the same maternal characteristics as mothers regardless of sex. We are capable of this.
I wish the government raises awareness that regardless is sex, that both the mother and father are equally viewed as people who can look after, care, love and provide for their children.
Why it was rejected
It was not clear what the petition asked the UK Government or Parliament to do.
Petitions need to call on the UK Government or House of Commons to take a specific action.
We understand that you are concerned about decisions that are made regarding child contact, but it's not clear what you want the Government or House of Commons to do about this.
We have published the following petitions, which you might like to sign:
Make unreasonable parent alienation a criminal offence: Make unreasonable parent alienation a criminal offence.
Give children and parents automatic rights to equal contact after separation: Give children and parents automatic rights to equal contact after separation
If you want the Government or House of Commons to take an action not covered by the above petitions, you could start a new petition making a different request, but it would need to be clear exactly what change you want the Government or House of Commons to make.
