What the petition asks
I want life skills lessons to be in secondary schools from year 7-9. Learning about house hold equipment, money saving skills, understanding in pay checks, bills, and other day to day life skills.
To help young children to be ready when they leave home how to look after them selfs. To be able to work anything from a simple washing machine to understand pensions and tax. Learning about bills and saving money. This will help them understand how to live alone. And help them selfs into becoming independent. Giving them different Equations In life. While being in school I would have loved to ha e learned day to day things that needed doing while living alone.
