Place Saudi Arabia on the UK Travel Corridor
Rejected
21 signatures
What the petition asks
Allow British people home for Christmas without 14 day quarantine.
There is an Ex-Pat community in Saudi Arabia who could benefit from visiting loved ones in the UK, for Christmas, from a low Covid risk area, where PCR tests are readily available for travel. The UK risk is minimal.
Currently, the fourteen days quarantine facing someone returning to the UK does not adequetly reflect the measures put in place, or the low contagion and death rates experienced in this part of the world, which have been recognised by the UK with countries bordering Saudi Arabia.
