Create a Windfall tax for those that have benefitted excessively from Covid-19.

Companies who have benefitted from the Covid-19 pandemic should have excess profit taxed at a special rate. A company that can be shown to have benefitted directly from Covid-19 would pay the standard rate of tax on profit equal to the pre Covid level. But a new rate of 85% on anything above.
