What the petition asks

In May 2020 the PM claimed that there would be a " World Beating " track and trace system in place by the beginning of June 2020

This is critical to defeating the Coronavirus
Failure to provide an effective Test, Track and Trace system was / is pivotal to our requirement to help control the spread of Covid19 and critical to determining the rate of infection, the R rate

Why it was rejected

It asked for something that is not the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament.

We can't accept your petition because the UK Government and Parliament aren't responsible for the issue you raise. Statements in the House of Commons are a matter for individual Members and not the House as a whole.
