Do not reduce foreign aid from 0.7% of GDP
Rejected

What the petition asks
The UK government should not reduce its commitment to foreign aid or alter the International Development (Official Development Assistance Target) Act 2015
The UK’s soft power has already been weakened by Brexit and the merger of our foreign ministries. We cannot and should not step away from our commitment to international development, as outlined in the International Development (Official Development Assistance Target) Act 2015, at a time when the global community needs it most. Especially as we drastically increase military spending.
