Change tiered restrictions in Kent to boroughs rather than the whole of Kent.

What the petition asks

Look into changing Kent into boroughs rather than Kent as a whole
Areas such as New Romney, Dymchurch, Folkestone etc. Have MUCH lower rates than hard hit areas like Medway and Swale yet are in the same tier. Be more fair to areas with lower rates like has been done in Liverpool and other areas In the north.

Why it was rejected

There was already a petition about this issue. Duplicates are rejected so signatures collect in one place.
