Build a hall where norse pagans can convene and worship the gods. Make Norse paganism a religion again.

Why it was rejected
It asked for something that is not the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament.
The Government is not responsible for funding the construction of places of worship. The construction of a place of worship along the lines you request would be a matter for the worshippers of the Norse pagans, not the Government or House of Commons.
