What the petition asks
When someone places an offer to purchase a house that it is legally binding
Far too many people place offers for houses when they have no intention of going through to purchase. This is to avoid all the legal costs, surveyor costs involved and the stress factors
Why it was rejected
There was already a petition about this issue. Duplicates are rejected so signatures collect in one place.
