What the petition asks

Do not issue vaccine / freedom passports until long term safety data has been collected independently and the vaccine is confirmed to be completely safe. The vaccine is the first of its kind and long term studies have not been conducted. To force the public to take it without it is inhumane.

First, do no harm. It is not known how the vaccine will react with other vaccines routinely given, nor has it been studied for long term effects. The safety of the public is paramount and until all avenues of safety have been fully explored the publish wish to halt plans for freedom passports and mandatory vaccines for travel and other services.

Why it was rejected

There was already a petition about this issue. Duplicates are rejected so signatures collect in one place.
