Justice for Indian Farmers

Rejected 12 signatures

What the petition asks

As we all know that in India the Farmers are doing protest against the bill passed by the Government due to which it will affect their livelihood. Farmers were doing protest in their own state but they didn’t get any support from the Government so they decide to do protest
The Government are not ready to take the bill back against the Farmers. Whereas, the Farmers are doing protest in a peaceful way but water canons, tear gas, and many other things are been used by them to stop the farmers. So, today we need support from the Government where we are right now so that they can help us and farmers protesting in India so that Indian Government should think about it.

Why it was rejected

It asked for something that is not the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament.

We can only accept petitions about things the Government or House of Commons is responsible for. Decisions about about farming policy in India is a matter for the Indian Government, not the UK Government or House of Commons.
