Hold a public inquiry into the use of DNACPR orders during the Covid-19 outbreak

What the petition asks
Hold a public inquiry into the use of DNACPR orders during the Covid-19 outbreak to find out whether they have been used properly, what if any improper use of such orders there was, and why any such improper use arose.
There is growing concern that DNACPR orders are being used improperly for certain people (especially those classified as 'vulnerable'). A public inquiry would investigate whether these concerns are legitimate, and whether reform of the DNACPR system is necessary.
