What the petition asks
There has been a movement in recent years for the PM to evade answering questions during PMQs.
This is an opportunity for the public to see that politicians are held to account for policies.
If questions are to be purposely not answered without any enforcement then PMQ’s might as well be scrapped.

A formal measuring process should be undertaken for each PMQs session where an independent panel assesses whether the question has been answered. The panel should also be responsible for fact checking the responses.
The results of which should be made publicly available. Not only would this allow the public to gauge the effectiveness of the Prime Minister’s performance but also that of the Speaker of the House.

Why it was rejected
It asked for something that is not the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament.
We can't accept your petition because the UK Government and Parliament as a whole aren't responsible for the issue you raise. Order in the Commons is the responsibility of the Speaker personally, and the Prime Minister is responsible for answers to questions.
