Allow NHS /key worker staff to designate their Christmas Day date

Rejected 21 signatures

What the petition asks

set up a system to allow key staff working during Christmas to specify when they will have their Christmas Day due to planning around work and Christmas and celebrating with family .
A lot of NHS staff / key workers have already planned for this year when they will be celebrating Christmas Day with their closest family due to working on the main holidays .
This is something we have had to do regularly every year .
It would be unfair that we would be penalised after the extremely hard year we have already endured

Why it was rejected
