Close down Hardware, DIY Stores and Garden centres in Tier 4 areas

What the petition asks
December has brought about a new mutation strain of COVID-19, but yet we are keeping DIY, Hardware stores and Garden centres open which are NOT essential. Supermarkets and pharmacies are the only essential shops we need.
If the Government say they are taking stricter action, then why continue to keep these places open? Doing this just increases the chance of more infections and a rapid spread. These places are making less money staying open. If they closed during the first lockdown, then it's obvious they should not be open. I'm sure people can survive without these stores.
