Give us back our Christmas!

What the petition asks
Christmas isn’t a celebration worth having without sharing time with those we love and care about. Getting ready for Christmas starts weeks in advance, and incurs considerable cost and emotional investment in its tradition.
While Christmas is irreplaceable, a double bank holiday for friends and families to spend quality time together is priceless. We have belated birthday celebrations, now it’s time for a belated Christmas on the 25th & 28th June 2021. If a government can cancel Christmas with a weeks notice, they can give it back!
