What the petition asks

We would like you to class Dog grooming (animal grooming) as an essential business during lock down periods and in all tiers. We would like to be able to operate as number under strict guidelines as set out by the government.

We believe it is essential that our animals are very well looked after, it is very sad to see that this petition even had too be brought forward. Animals are suffering because we can not perform the nessacery due care and maintenance of the animals fur and nails, eyes, ears etc . Believe it or not they can suffer greatly from lack of grooming. Also please not that many people already have to leave it as long as possible for grooms due to costs. Please have a think about the animals welfare.
