Extend rights to Indefinite Leave to Remain for non-UK NHS workers

What the petition asks
The Government should extend rights to apply for ILR to all NHS staff who have worked on the front line during COVID, and fast track their applications.
We are facing an unprecedented and uncertain future. Our beloved NHS is powered and supported by many EU and non-EU immigrants, they are putting their collective lives on the line for us and should be rewarded with leave to remain or British Citizenship should they wish.
It is the workforce of international citizens that has kept the NHS running and helped save so many lives throughout COVID. We should reward these individuals and follow suit of other European countries in doing so.
