Fund improved neurodiversity diagnosis, identification and support in schools

Closed 906 signatures

What the petition asks

Currently few schools have specialist provision for neurodivergent students in public education. Diagnosis for the different types of neurodivergence is not an option for those who cannot afford to pay privately.
The Government should provide additional funding and support to enable schools to introduce compulsory neurodiversity diagnosis (i.e. autism, ADHD, dyslexia, dyspraxia, bipolarity) identification and support in all publicly funded schools.
