What the petition asks

Telford has a ever increasing population & needs it's own 24/7 Accident & Emergency Department, in light of the Covid-19 Pandemic, I urge the Government & Parliament to back the people of Telfords right, to have the best medical care available at it's disposal, a part time A & E is unacceptable.

Imagine if Telfords A & E Department had already been downgraded to a part time A & E, that closed down overnight, what would have been the devastating effects on the Telford population when the Covid-19 Pandemic struck, how many more people would have died ?
I would like the Government to put an end to the Future Fit plans for Shropshire, that puts the residents of Telford at a serious disadvantage, on a Town that relies heavily on Public Transport, to travel far at night for Medical Treatment.
