What the petition asks

Ensure when dementia patients are in the hospital they get the correct care especially at meal times.
Have more time given to them if needing assistance with feeding and are getting the correct food they needs for specialist diets.
Have cqc ensuring all hospitals are treating dementia patients as a human being not giving up due to dementia and ensure all hospitals have enough staff to sit as long as it takes for a dementia patient to eat

Why it was rejected

It asked for something that is not the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament.

Treatment of individual patients is a clinical matter for individual clinicians and local NHS trusts, not the Government or House of Commons.
