Grant Skilled Worker visas to all non-UK healthcare staff

What the petition asks

I would like the Government to consider all Student (Tier 4) visa healthcare workers during the pandemic who wishes to continue working in health sector after the end of their active visa a switch to a Skilled Worker Visa for the Health Care sector.
At the height of the first wave of COVID, many of us showed our appreciation for the work our NHS and social care staff were doing. Thank you was important, but it was never enough. Our appreciation must be shown in a unforgettable way. “Those who have worked in our hospitals and care homes - at the sharpest end of the COVID trauma - deserve a big recognition now. This is aimed at all NHS and Social care workers under the Tier 4 visa employed since 17 March 2020.
