Extend maternity for those who have had a baby during COVID with Pay

What the petition asks
lockdown has restricted our freedom that, as parents,we would normally have,re- socialising with my our children and spending time with our family and friends. I’m also concerned about my return to work during lockdown, were I might be unable to do so because I will not have access to childcare
The recent introduction of tier rules has further impacted on visitors and building that relationship between family members, aunties, uncles and grandparents, which is part of the maternity leave process in making and sustain them bonds with new New born and existing younger children. I can’t stress enough how important this is for family’s to have this extra leave many partners have been classes as key workers and working more during this pandemic unable to have time with there children
