Require coroners to record and publish deaths by suicide at universities

A large majority of universities do not record the number of student deaths by suicide despite the worsening student mental health crisis exacerbated by COVID-19. This lack of information is incredibly alarming. The official recording by coroners of students who die by suicide would be a start to understanding and addressing the massive problem of student mental health.
