What the petition asks
Lancashire has just been put in to tier 4 our cases are rising as of 30/12/20 there was 57.000 cases in Lancashire our primary schools need the same extension as secondary schools
I as many other parents are thinking the same about our children going to school in tier 4 areas with cases rising to curb the infection rate primary schools) secondary schools either need to close or move to online to help our rates since September alot of bubbles in schools have isolated or even closed because of positive results in teachers and pupils under 10 if schools were safe then they'd be no cases in there please as parents listen to us
Why it was rejected
The UK Government or Parliament was already taking the action it asked for.
Since you started your petition the Government has announced that primary schools, secondary schools and colleges across England must move to remote provision from 5 January 2021, except for vulnerable children and the children of key workers.
