Review fathers’ rights in the UK
Rejected
10 signatures
What the petition asks
Strengthen Parental Alienation Laws, and streamline the prosecution process in order to give courts and the police the power that they require to punish Parents who alienate their child from the other parent.
It affects both genders and all children. All children need their dads, but boys especially. Boys need Male role models. In the event that a Court application is made and is not fully resolved by the court within 12 weeks of the Application Date, then contact in the interim automatically becomes 24 hrs every weekend including the overnight, and half of all school holidays. If one parent denies this, this parent must be taken into custody for 24 hours to undergo phsyco analysis and interrogation
