Close Special needs schools in 2021 through coronavirus pandemic

Treat all children the same and Close special need schools and open the schools for key worker children only.
This pandemic in tier 4 areas is rising.
Close all schools until further notice.
There health is more important and they can learn from home, Teachers are risking there lives!

Petitions need to call on the Government or Parliament to take a specific action.
