Give NRP rights access further education attendance records if not next of kin.

What the petition asks
Non resident parents need confirmation of attendance in order to verify pay to cms. This information is not required for the RP to claim cms and child benefit. If NRP query this they are expected to supply evidence but how can they if no access to attendance.
Fairness and equality to the non resident parent. Resident parents don't have to supply evidence yet NRP have to supply everything.
