Allow businesses to reopen if they purchase and use rapid tests on all customers

What the petition asks
Allow businesses to reopen after the first 21 days of this lockdown (Jan 25th) if they test their customers for Coronavirus at the door.
Adherence to regulations has been a problem because individuals find it hard. This change will incentivise safe behaviour at the expense of dangerous behaviour.
Each positive private sector test will interrupt vectors of transmission, leading to a reduction in cases. This would be at no expense to the taxpayer.
Increased trading will lead to additional tax revenue and save jobs, while respecting our individual rights.
A proactive step to encourage this model could incentivise manufacturers to produce cheaper and better tests that everyone will be able to use.
