What the petition asks

The Conservative party approach to COVID-19 isn’t working, a cross party group should be created to calculate the UK approach that is lead by the science and not the economic impact.

We are now entering lockdown 3 for the UK and it’s clear the Conservative government are prioritising the economy over people and although the economy is important we need to take a large short term hit like other countries have to get the virus under control. A cross party group being lead by scientists will be able to make calculated decisions which put people at the heart of those.

Why it was rejected

There was already a petition about this issue. Duplicates are rejected so signatures collect in one place.
