Crucial food outlet employees to be included in initial Covid-19 vaccine

What the petition asks
Along with NHS, police etc, vital employees at food retail outlets, in particular those who work in supermarkets, be included in the initial roll out of the vaccine. The shop floor workers, ensuring shelves are vitally filled 24/7, are in constant close vicinity of customers possibly asymptomatic
I feel it is the Government or Parliament's responsibility at this unprecedented time to put the health of all our vital workers at the forefront for the first Covid-19 vaccines. Of course occupations like the NHS, careworkers, police and fire officers etc must be given priority but the health of the food store and supermarket employees must I feel be given serious consideration to vaccination at the first stage of the roll out. I do hope my plea falls on 'listening' ears. It is a very challenging time for the Government and the nation but to give consideration to this would be very much appreciated.
