Protect our police against Covid-19

Rejected 17 signatures

What the petition asks

Prioritise our police in the role out of the COVID-19 vaccine. Our police force will be at the forefront of assisting in helping people ensure that they adhere to current laws regard COVID-19. They are not always treated with respect and are being purposely spat at and coughed over.
We need to protect those who we are expecting to protect us. Our police force need to be well to be undertake this. They are being put at an increased risk of contracting Covid due to the reactions by some irresponsible people and also the fact that they are unable to social distance whilst undertaking some of their duties. These people are on the front line, but don’t seem to be treated as such looking at the list of how the COVID vaccines are being rolled out. We need them to police this.
