Reduce university fees for 2020/21 due to lesser quality of education.

What the petition asks
Education has been heavily disrupted due to the coronavirus pandemic. Yet students at universities are still made to produce the same quality of work. Reduce the 9k tuition fee to something more reasonable that reflects the education received in this time.
The Government have a duty of care, in which reducing fees for students is the minimum action that can help in these difficult times. Online teaching will never equate to normal lectures before the pandemic. Mental health problems in students have rocketed hugely.
